Also! I have a cap, came with the bundle, should I be looking at upgrading my alternator? Just not sure if it will be an issue with a system this size.

Most likely your alternator will be fine, wait and see if your amps cause your lights to dim for extended bass lines first. If you are using this car as a daily driver 40Hz is pretty high for tuning.

I would recommend you build your own box. Go for a sealed box though, because 10" subs sound great in sealed boxes, and because they don't move as much air as 12"s and 15"s... Nice system btw, you should enjoy it when you get everything in.
