noob needs option help

noob needs option help

i know you guys prob always get this here but im gunna start a new topic because i could not realy find anything when i was lookin around

ok my qustion is ....what would be a good combo of 2 , 12inch subs with a amp and a 2 boxes ment for a 12 inch sub .....the problume is i want to keep the totle cost of the 2 subs amp and 2 boxes under $500 ...and i want to stay away from sketchy stuff ...like volvenhag and what not ...i would prefer to stick with well known stuff...sony, jbl, kenwood, alpine ect ....mtx???...anyways any and all help will be welcomed........o and it will be for everyday use but to show off to freinds ..if that helps any

You wont be able to keep that budget if you wanna buy NEW equipment. Your best bet is to find someone selling the equipment used.

I would first look for a pair of subs, keeping in mind things such as, the impedance of the woofers, goals of your build, and the overall quality of the woofer

Once you find a pair of woofers, look for an amp that'll do the correct power at the correct impedance, to properly power your woofers.

A simple sealed enclosure can be built for a cheap price, no more than $50, if you can do it yourself

Also take into consideration the electrical you will need. A quality 4AWG wiring kit should do the trick

there are but they r way over priced...

but $500 is not going to get you very fare for a full setup.
