Actually, all claims for this sub setup are true. I was at CES talking to a few enclosure gurus in a home seminar/workshop and oddly enuf pictures like this (no plexi) were popping up for discussion for the home environment. Apparently the response is phenominal even though you'd never believe it. I don't remember the tech discussion details but had to do with the round frontal enclosure volume, port area and distance from the driver cone/dust cap combining ............ some guy had all these sheets and pictures but everyone was talking and blah blah blah so it was hard to follow......... also something about Alpine pioneering this and possibly some sort of Alpine/BOSE partnership for release into the market.............. but was way over my head........ so I went to the bar for drinks.......... anyways, if you're still reading this, I'm just pulling all this out of my azz and none of it's true............ ok, I did go to the bar and the Select Products Kegger IT was so weird that there were no Canucks at that kegger BTW!??!?! For you guys that were down there, what's with that ???
