Port Flaring

Port Flaring

here's an easy way to flare a square or rectangular port
pvc pipe and some silicone with tape to hold it together

and the final product, just add some resin for strength, smoothness and filling in imperfections

Is that a three inch PVC pipe cut in half, and then 45'd on each end?

4" and yes a 45 would be my guess. But Les will confirm soon enough.

that is correct
4" pipe in quarters and 45's on the ends
