Rear speakers on a crx?

Just got a 1988 crx, It has 6x9's in the back but I dont believe that its the right speaker size... pretty sure that there sure to be 6 1/2" in the back, but should there be a mounting bracket for it?

I took the rear speakers out of my car. I could hear everything, back seat could hear bass... put rear speakers in, now everyone can hear, why does everyone hate rear speakers ?
It dosnt matter what direction the sound is coming from unless you plan on competing in SQ contests.
