I have some blasting caps.... if anyone can come up with some high powered explosives (ANFO won't cut it) Iam sure we could break 193db inside of a heavy steel enclosure on wheels....
Wow. You guys are harsh jerks. Give the guy a break, it sounds like he doesn't know if his meter is working right and you all start mocking him.
I'm sure that each one of you instantly knew what car audio was and what a db was as soon as you were born, and instantly knew everything. Give the guy a break, consider something called a "learning curve" give him time and he will learn and figure things out, and we can HELP him. But we don't help him by mocking. So, unless you can be helpful, just keep your smart comments to yourself.
Farny, 193 is unheard of. 198 won't happen. I believe the current world record is around 171 (someone can correct me on this). And with decibles, they increase exponentially. I think that with each db increase, the volume doubles. So, for the world record to jump from 171 to 193 . . . not going to happen.

Will post a pic when i figure out how to transfer my polaroid pics. Picture this: 1" Lexan windows (bullet-proof) bolted into a totally new frame, 3 Wal-Mart batteries up in it (cuz they are the best) 2 alternators (took off power steering, a/c, and other accessories) 2 p. miller cheater amps running hordes of kicker 6X9 subwoofs. i got one of them desibul meters
