any results yet??? From what I have heard it is better than the 7Kd at 12 volt and same output on 16 volt in terms of SPL.

I have tested it briefly and it does the exact same spl in a 16 volt application as the dual board 7KD.
It does produce more power than the 7KD in a 12 volt situation but exact results I will post in a week or so after I have had a chance to discuss some weird power readings with others who test the amp. You can be safe to assume this amp does over 10kw at 18 volt and 5-6kw at 12 volt with the amp loaded down to .5 ohm.

I can say for sure that the power and speaker terminals do no accept proper wire size of an amp this powerful but that is a simple fix at the factory.

I can provide my full report when others have had time to play with it also. Now how does it compare with a more comparable priced 7K2D? Wait and see.

I forgot to ask to the people in factory to send you guys the current version, with 10Hz HPF and more power above 14V. Probably they did send one of the 4 units that I was using in my fiat 147.

 

I know that it is an excellent daily driver at 12 volt with enough supply voltage from two batts I can run it all day long doin a consistant 145+, well as long as the ears can handle it that is..at least 1/2 hr worth of driving.. hehe I like it alot.. Very effiecent.

 

I will wait till I see others power results before posting mine because the numbers just didn't add up, I got ALOT of power out of the amp but it was still only just as loud as the 7kD. I wished I would have had more time with it so I could open it up and go through the parts finding the odd results I measured. Truly a good amp, it was smaller than the 7KD by at least 30% and did the same spl. I absolutely hated the power/speaker blocks though. and a max of 6 volt input was kinda odd. Again wait till we have more info so I can properly do the write up.
