So how is this going to stack up to the new Digital Designs 8000 watt amp? Those will be in town next week from what I hear. The first thing that I'm going to do with mine is pull the back plate off and share some pictures.

You really need to stop making such stupid comments and comparing these amps to Lanzar and Pyle when you've never even seen or used one yourself.

They HAVE test equipment... but customers want to see "regular people" testing these things. So they're sending them out for OTHER PEOPLE to test out.

(btw... do some research... they've even SHOWN their test facilities)

my mistake on the equipment issue his english is brutal and i misunderstood when he said he borrowed the equipment, he meant someone borrowed there equipment....my bad... but i am very skeptical on none tested equipment, and yes i have seen there shop. average nothing fancy, doesent impress me. i have been doing this since 89 and have seen the orion factory, rockfords, mtx, pheonix golds, ppi, been to the kicker, "shed", stopped by at audio control and had lunch with the boys there. competed at iasca worlds won canadian iasca sq champion ship 2x usaci championship 2x, and currently am doing fantastic with a one thousand watt system hitting over 153. and a georgeous install and car................... and you?

if you have a hard on for unproven in the trenches gear then so be it, but i will stick to stuff thats proven bullet proof, is loud and cost effective.... and only time can tell me that!!!!!!!!! as i said you might as well buy that 4000 watt lanzar..... for all we know those smokedigital amps might last one burp and blow up. who knows.... thats alot of power in a very small package..

jordy-o my beef is not with anyone but lets see whats up with this company... lots of promises but i have been following this company now just like everyone eles and its delays after delays...... amps not shipping, people not getting there stuff.... all of these issues are posted here and on db/drags web so ya iam skeptical.... now i really hope this amp flys.. it will be awsome to have a decent sized reliable 8k amp for a good price... hell i havent got the room in my car for 4 stetsom 7ks or those monster dd amps. lets just see how this plays out and stop attcking individuals iam criticizing a product not a person........ unlike what you have done with me......... if smokedigital has a beef with what iam saying let them respond not you...

I agree with you on waiting until we see results before we start to say that this is the best amp ever made.... at the same time though, wouldn't it be worth the wait for these tests before we start bashing them and putting them in to the same group as Pyle?

The fact that you even call them "smokedigital" is a joke because I KNOW you've never even heard of one of these blowing. (meanwhile I have a blown MTX sitting in my basement at home... )

I don't need to wait for soundigital to come on here to defend themselves.. if you're acting like an idiot I get to come on here and call you out on it. (it's one of the perks of being an admin... that and the free cookies)

I had already asked you once very nicely to watch what you're saying about a company that you know NOTHING about... but you keep it up, so I'm done being nice and now I'm using a more direct approach. I think that's fair.

Oh... and as for your comment about doing 153's off of 1000w. That's terrific. I've seen your build and it's very nice, you have a lot to be proud of.

I do it without a wall and only a single 12 though

Its not about how loud you are or what you have that is important. Unless of course there's money on the line. Some realize this sooner than later.

As far as the Soundigital amps, aside from a few small issues like price, power/speaker connection etc... My short time with it proved it did a ton of power. My blazer as unfinished as it is, did 156.3 @ 46Hz with the amp. JL Stomper can back that up too, he sat inside for a burp.
