Im pretty new to this too, but there are a fairly complex set of calculations you can do to see if the specifications of those subs match well with that box, and what frequencies will sound best. Or you can just enjoy what you have.
See if you can find the Tiele Small (sp?) parameters for the subs and the volume of the box, and also the volume of the ports. Then someone else here with more knowledge can tell you what to do with them.

i am not a fan of prefab enclosures.
i can design and build you an enclosure for roughly the same price as that prefab. it might not look as pretty, but it will sound twice as good.

p.s. i used to own a 12" kenwood like yours, and they are an excellent woofer

What model # is that Bassworx box? I agree with jalat here. I just took my 2x10" Kenwoods out of a crappy prefab box and built a box to the specs and it is a night and day difference. It is just not worth it too buy prefab boxes unless you get real lucky and find one that is the right size and with the right ports. Check this thread out and read some of the comments and then decide for yourself...

peace of crap box. PERIOD. port noise and farty sound. tuned to high also

for 129 its not worth it. get jalat up there to build one to the specs of the sub for you. it will be a investment well spent.

anyway plz dont buy crap. cause you will end up buying again and again cause you will never be happy
