Which subs to pick??? Need help please

Ok I want spls and sq as this is my daily driver I have a 2002 Sebring
I have a Alpine HU CDA9887 ,Front doors are Jbl gto 6.5 comp,rear deck pioneer preimer 6x9,amp for front is a Phoenix Gold 8.0.4 and I have 2Hifonics BXi1610D dedicated for 2 15"
here are my choices
Alpine SWR-1542D
Soundstream T5-15
Power Acoustik ****-152X
Audiopipe TXX APX 15
DB DRIVE PLW15D2

I'd go with the Type-R. Mainly because your headunit is an Alpine product and i hate mis-matched stereos.

they type rs will take that power alll day long if you have gain set right and the proper box

what about the companies that only make subs, do you punch the owners?

YES!

lol, just kidding :P I just prefer to have something matching over a system of 8 different brands. Im neurotic that way. Thats why I recommended the Alpine Type-R's because he can match them at least with the headunit vs adding a 6th label to his car.

I don't think manufacturers optimize decks for their components, amps, subs, etc. If you want all the same brand than spend 10k on a JL system vs. 2k on much better products.

Type-R's are cheap, Soundstream is better, and when's the last time you saw a recommendation for Power Acoustik, Audiopipe, or DB Drive?
