if it's SPL u want u really need more power.

b/c those 450 rms subs are taking the power without any problem. bigger subs wont neccesseraly gain you anything, maybe even hurt you. with only 1000 watts u are looking for efficiency, not massive power handling if it is SPL u want.

if i were you, a good start would be a SPL oriented box.

i just got my tf one 12's in the cavi tuned to 32hz.......its brutal!!! they work amazing for music as well as spl

ok so what would you guys suggest for an spl sub? i was just listing some of the better subs from my area.. thats why i listed those ones..

did u not read what i said? u dont need a "spl sub" at all. u dont even have half the power u'd need for any spl sub.

what u need is either much more power or an spl oriented box.

as it is right now, spl sub will gain u nothing.

hahaha.... you make me laugh... what will make me loud is having the time to spend on my vehicle... remember... I built the first daily driven SPL vehicle in Canada that broke the 160dB mark on Termlab oh almost 170db on the old mics ...but that was almost 7 years ago when TL the system first came out and it was using Audiobahn product

yah u are the legend and we all look up to u.

i dont remember that POS van breaking 160 on any termlabs btw. hardly broke 160 on old AC.

listen to me = get loud.
