hahaha it rarely hit less than 160 but its ok you can gloat...( I still love you) I am just currious what it would have hit with a set of RE MT's in it considering I gained over 2 DB swapping out the Audiobahns for MT's in my car

since it's you, it would probably hit 200 db's

it never broke 160, i never seen it break 160, not on TL, not once. and i was around back then. not that it matters since the car wasnt even yours so no one really knows who built it. Kenny told me it was all him so.......

PS. I learnt gloatin from the best (see your post about a van you built 20 or whatever years ago that hit 180)

if it had TF oone's would have done 200.1db right ?

wait wait........

i just pulled up the stats for that van and guess what.......not a single certified event at 160 db's or more......and it gets even better - Nick Cimino was even louder according to the stats, all in the same class.

all canada 2004 wtf is that I was hitting 164.3 on the mics in my daily driven no wall car in 2002 (163.3 certified but that was with one pair of amps not working)

ok i know i dont have enough power... YET. i'll be buying another amp to power the sub if i do get one. ok so what's the difference between loud and spl?

15-20dbz.....

140-145db is pretty loud for a daily driver.....155-160db+ is "don't sit in the car while it's running" territory.

If you're not worried about hearing very young children call you "Grampa" many years from now, it may not be an issue for you.....
