two kicker L5 8" subs and 850rms

car is a pont vibe.
stock deck and i dont want to change that.
i have a PAC-trunkloc connected to the stock deck. i have no idea what the rca out put voltage is. any one know?

the amp is 850 rms and the subs are at 1 ohm.

i dont want to change the stock alt or its pulley.
i dont want to change the stock battery.
i dont want to change the stock deck.
second battery is not able to be done as i have the amp under the pass front seat and i dont want to move it to the back.

will be doing the big three this weekend.
power and grounds are 2 ga welding cable.
speaker wire from the amp to the subs is 8 ga power wire
will be covering the hatch in dynomat this weekend.
the box is 2 cuft and 42 hz which is as-per kickers web site.
i am thinking of a new box if any one has any suggestions.
and maybe a line driver for the rca's?

what else can i do for a higher SPL number.

after market deck is pretty important. ive learned that from Rob at forbidden audio, as my alpine deck is only a 2v pre-out which means i have to have the gains on my amp at sometimes scary levels. i think changing the deck will be important, youre gonna have to purchase a kit anyways in order for your after market stereo to collaborate with your stock deck.

if you don't wwant to change the head unit..use a Line Out converted with an adjutable gain.

To get louder it's 70% enclosure 30% sound deadening. My wife has a toyota Matrix and the magic number in that car seems to be 46hz. make a larger enclosure for the subs, with bigger ports.(I'd reccomend a pair of 3" ports with aerovent flares).

Box should be anywhere in the 2.4 to 3cu.ft region with port tuning around 45hz for highest peak output.

If your looking for louder overall and not just 1 note wonder, change the subs. for a single 12 or however large of a speaker you can fit.

the windows are blacked out in the back but the fronts are legal tint.
i am not going for a spl comp car just want to be the loudest i can be with the stuff i have i dont want to be changing stuff all the time.
