They only sell it by the 1/2 sheet I think, but they definitely have it..

 

Cant find the thread on termpro but Peter A Claims it gained him a DB like 5+ years ago and hasnt built an MDF box since.

 

it is usually sold in 5' x 5' sheets, the best stuff to use is void free, I think its called cabinet grade.... but it is expensive. I would get your box design nailed down with MDF first, then rebuild it with birch to see if there is a gain. It is too expensive to use for alot of rebuilding.

 

there is Cabinet grade mdf as well denser. I used that for my box it cuts nicer on the cnc.

 

I think I'll stick to my mdf for now thanx for the info guys.
