i have an alpine mrd1000... and i was just about to buy an enclosure that was built my 20hz the guy said the enclosure costed him 450. he sellin it for 85 i offred him 60. he said fine

 

An enclosure tuned to 20hz (not sure if thats what you meant) will probably not sound much louder.

I would suggest something around 4.25 cubic feet after displacements @ 36hz


ALSO

Make sure your electrical is up to par, or else your amp wont be amking clean power.
