Whats up guys, i'm new to the forum but ya'll can expect me to become a regular.

Anyways, I have a 92 Honda Prelude, and a D2 Soundstream XXX 18 due to arrive here next week. I've been looking around at what amp(s) to get for it, but i just cant make up my mind.
Ratings say these subs are good for 6K rms. But that number seems like a load of Horse S**t. What amps would you guys recommend?
I know it wont be super cheap, but please keep in mind than Navy E4 pay doesnt exactly give me a whole lot of room to play with. I'd like to keep it under $800 if possible.

Yea that does seem like a lot of horse sh*t. Im thinking more like 2500-4000 at most. There are a good bit of amp options you can put to that sub though. I went through picked some out for you. All are under $800 and have great reviews.

2.)Soundstream T1-6000DL 2500W @ 1ohm
3.)Lanzar OPTI4000D 4000W @ 1ohm
