For dbdrag events, what can we do to encourage more noobs..

please post as well and give any ideas you have..

 

Me personally, mini Street is a good idea, gives noobs a chance to compete within the noobs!! find out who the king of the noobs is :P

 

to me mini street is useless now that ther is bass race.

 

Bass Race is getting really big in the U.S. Of the two options there, I think that would be the better choice.

 

a fuse class for the noobs. where you have to use a certain size fuse right on your battery wire. if that fuse blows, your running too high for that class and you must move up. this will make it fair for the guys that are running 50/60 amp systems instead of running against guys with 1000plus amp systems.

I would suggest less Drama. A noob just wants to have some fun, not come and get blasted with 'OMG noob, you just got beat by xxx'.

It has been like that at almost every event I have gone to in the last 3 years. Even in places like Calgary and Saskatoon.

Thats just my $0.02 and I havea feeling I am gonna get flamed for it...
