No, that makes them faster.
Chris are you new to SPL or something. SPL is what LOUD car audio competitors are shooting for. They get it from there sub-woofer speakers in there speaker boxes.

 

hmmmm, maybe I am looking at the question wrong but it looks to me like he is refering specifically to the car.
As in:
What makes a hatch louder than a trunk.
Why is it easier to get car A louder than car B.
Why the hell is a CRX so great for SPL.
Etc.

Even if this isn't what he was talking about I know I would like to know the answers (or should I say opinions [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).
