Canadian winters nothing...
Try Buffalo!
No, it's not the temperature, it's the several snowstorms a year of lake-effect snow that are measured in feet, not inches...

Somewhere like North Carolina is looking good...
Nice summers, beautiful falls, short mild winters with just a little snow, then there's spring again... Hmm...
