nothing if you have that kinda money to spend as well as the power to push it. TF 1's are just as reliable and you won't get killed with the cost of shipping from the U.S. to Canada. TF 1's are amazing subs. Great for spl as well as daily.

thing is, I could get some Clarion SSW1201 at a local shop for about $400 a piece. so no extra shipping cost. have you heard them before? do they compare to the tf1's you mentioned?. guess what I'm asking is can I go wrong with these

I would not recommend the clarion ssw series subs, they are not all cracked to be what they are. For the price you a better off to buy even one sub that will outperform 2 of them.

I got my 12" SSD fully loaded and shipped to Canada for $240 I'm not sure where your getting your prices from. That $240 includes everything, tax,duty everything. I had them ship it U.S. post though not through UPS cause that drives up the cost alot.
