where can i get an accurate db reading?

where can i get an accurate db reading?

is it accurate enough to buy one of those little handheld db meters or is there somewhere i can go that measures it for you? i do live in a small town and the closest city is sudbury...anywhere in sudbury i can go?

NO there is nowwhere in sudbury you can go. There is a couple of people more northeast like north bay but they dont have a termlab or audiocontrol, they have some no name crap. So you would have to wait for a show upcoming in the north bay area to get a accurate reading.

well yeah but i dont know where my system stands i could just be embarassing myself. when is the next north bay show? and how would people know what id hit if i just said what i had? arent there alot of depending factors?

Yuli was just being a smartasss... you're absolutely correct, there are a lot of factors that come in to play.

(we just see a lot of "what will I hit?!?" threads around here)
