Can someone explain this TL reading?

I'm trying to figure this reading out. The setting was on SPL and peak hold. Does that mean I was doing 140 something at 33hz? What would you guys say the db reading is because the digital reading at the top read 138.5 but one of the suction cup things kept coming loose so I'm not sure.

Trying to find out for a buddy.
Thanks

I thought it only does that when set for Bass Race? It was set for peak hold SPL

For a burp it takes an average of your 3 highest frequencies to get your score
