10" sub
You have PM.
4 gauge takes up to 125 amps max. Bigger is not better in this case. It has to be proper. 250 will offer no protection in a 4 gauge wire. Here is a chart:
00 awg 400 amps
0 awg 325 amps
1 awg 250 amps
2 awg 200 amps
4 awg 125 amps
6 awg 80 amps
8 awg 50 amps
10 awg 30 amps
12 awg 20 amps
14 awg 15 amps
16 awg 7.5 amps
These are the recommended maximum fuse ratings for the corresponding wire size. Using a smaller fuse than what's recommended here will be perfectly safe, but not bigger.

For the 3rd time, please read this page, cause you keep asking the same questions. If you read this article, all your questions about fusing will be answered. Press on the link below named "FUSES"
FUSES
p.s. Again, get your wiring/electrical in order, and listen to your system, you may be blown away by the difference, if you still need to upgrade, then we'll take it from there. One step at a time.

sorry for all these repetitive questions.. but now I can say that I understand what you say about fuse. Secondly, My amps are all ground with the same ground, is it noticeable to separate it all ?? and you told me to use bigger wire for my ground, but I don't really know how I will fit this on my amp, my connector i'm using right now were a bit too big so I had to cut partially each side of my connector.

You need to figure out which subs you will use first, and what impedance they will present, then look for the appropriate amp. And I wouldn't buy old junk over internet. Never know how badly it was abused for god knows how long.
