Tempo 6 components are 40 - 22000hz, crossover point is 3800hz passive at 6db. How well they play on the bottom end is going to be determined by the door and how well it is sealed up. The tweeter you can lower or raise the point on as you prefer. We all hear differently and we all would use different points for our tastes in music. There is no set in stone rule that says you must cross something over at "X" frequency when going active. Play around with the slope and the crossover point and go from there.
