I went for a keep it simple stupid install. Yes I could of spent $700 on the battery mount/wiring like I did with the kick panels grills. But it's fine for me!

Plus I didn't want to open myself up to ???? question from an IASCA judge for upgrading wires that were not needed to be touched.

Not that its really needed but on either your or someone else on this boards build I remember that they did a fiberglass with plexi I think cover for the battery that actually turned it into a piece of work (now that I think about it I think it was your old install)
Personally I think the battery looks fine, its safe and organized with all the wires double shrinked etc

Sorry it wasn't me with fiberglass and plexi. I did have a 'crooked' plexi top but no light.

I think your installation requires a cheap 1/8" acrylic box...with a bendy straw vent..

Thanks - they don't look as good up close. Not impressed with my upholsters job - you would think, they'd "know" that it could or couldn't be done by looking at it!

If they refuse to fix it I'll have to find someone else with Talent! Suggestion???
