The grills are fabbed up. They were painted black after this photo!

Julian, stellar work. I don't know how you do it.
Seems to me you've found a way to some how extract extra hours out of the days.
You'll have to tell me the secret. I'll trade you information.
These pictures really don't do this install any justice.
From start to finish its been clean and detailed install.

Thanks Stephen. The anderson connectors work beautifully. Especially with my 14.4v spinning thingy!

The trick is very simple. Plan out the whole install. Flying by the seat of your pants will only cost you double in the end. Sleep is not on my list of priorities and money is another important factor.

As I told you in person, lets put the sentra back together.

I made one call to my waterjet guy on Wednesday last week. He had the CAD drawing done by friday. His machinst milled it up in 4 hour and pressed the
(defro: chicking wire) grill with a two part press and. The grill does come off but there's no point.
