I'm not sure if your first three points will be audible or not, but I guess its an upgrade.
Not to go too far off topic, but for those that don't know, Thrill_House has a pretty good install. After listening to it on the weekend, I think with some time spent on tuning it properly, it could be a genuine SQ threat in the IASCA lanes.

Hey thanks for the kind words John, I really appreciate the positive feedback and constructive criticism from you man! And to let you know I totally agree that tuning is the most important thing and im deffinatley not going to throw that thinking out the window now that I have the new processor or "new toy" as you call it. I forgot to mention the other reason I decided to upgrade is simply because this processor is quite old and is really starting to get a bit ragged around the edges so rather then buy another 701 and hope for mint condition I felt this was the better way to go. I guess we'll see once I get it all hooked up and I can spend some serious time tuning it, worse comes to worse I can always drop the 701 back in and put the h800 up for sale if I decide I dont like it.

Hey thanks John! I actually picked up an H800 shipped for $577 which I feel is a very good deal!

Yeah thats the good thing about the 700/701, even with the 800 now out people will still want them. Man im so excited to to get going on the upgrades to the system, hopefully by august I will have the processor in and the DLS'S mounted up to the a pillars and by the end of the summer have the IB setup does as well.
