Today I placed an order with an electroncs supplier for 2 H900 display screens. We'll see what happens, but I'm hopeful they may be able to pull through. (No it's not PAC)
In the mean time, I'm taking a break from all this drama to work on my race car. Its far more relaxing...

Dave, I don't think it matters at the moment. I placed an order, we'll see if they can fill it. When I contacted a sales rep via phone, they said they had no way of checking if they actually had the piece in the warehouse or not...so I ordered it to check.
If I recieve the part, I'll let everyone know who the supplier is.

hey dave, i noticed that your customers have been burned by the top of the line alpine product, thats IN or out of warranty and you still continue to buy and sell there product. but you wont give dd another look. am i missing something? i realize alpine will make you more money as they have a large lineup of product, but you were pretty adament about not buying from a company that had a bad product with bad service, but that is exactly what alpine has done to you and everyone eles who bought that model... now its been updated and fixed........... but so has dd..... what happened there is more to this story that just a couple of bad amps...

i had problems with displays burning out and alpine replaced them until there was no more parts to replace them with....did it suck *****....yes...........but the processor is still fully functional without it.....a busted amp is a busted amp and is totally useless.....and there wasnt a warp level dick around job like there was with dd.....if everyone wants to hear the story about my experiences with dd....i will gladly tell.....it goes far beyond just some broken crappy amps and makes the problem with some burnt out biolite displays look like nothin
