You know it. Canton has an incredible tweeter. World class.

Canton newer model tweeter sucks pretty bad :P I have the RS in my old setup and damn I hated those tweeters...

Since I tried titanium in my current setup, I won't ever change it !!

RS is the entry level stuff. QS has the same tweeter they've used forever and it is pure joy.

Your praise 'titanium' is laughable in that no single material of manufacture ensures superior performance.

From all tweeters I've heard, the CDT TW19T that I own now are the most impressive I tried... I think you and me are not looking at the same things in a tweeter, I heard those QS and didn't really impressed while your right being very different from the RS

I don't mind a metal dome if it's off-axis (tames some of the brightness often attributed to it's breakup) but generally prefer a silk dome. Still, I prefer ribbons: the several that I have heard have been the most natural, detailed, and effortless top end my ears have taken in.

Silk all the way. I've listened to quite a few metal domed tweets and can't stand the hyped, harsh sound.

For me it depends on install and the tuning capabilities of the vehicle .On axis I usually preffer soft domes , off axis metal .
