While I absolutely love my Elemental e10O, I just got another woofer to review and I am VERY impressed so far.. Only been in the car for an hour so far, but it slams...
Hint: The manufacturers website offers some great product comparisons.. anyone wanna guess??

Yes, all the products go back as soon as the manufacturers sign off on my report. If there are several products from a single company, like Rockford Corporation, Karz Electronics, SCL products or Kenwood, then I finish them all off before sending them back.
I'll leave you guys hanging a bit longer... Heheh.. sorry..

The 10O is leading a difficult and dizzying life.. Right now it's in a simple 0.75 cubic foot sealed wedge=style enclosure, since I have lots of them. I am going to try it in something vented before I start construction on it's final resting place. I am temporarily running it with my Memphis 500D as I have the trunk ripped apart, and that amp is nice and small.
Anyways, The woofer I was refering to earlier is none other than the MTX Thunder 9500. I have a single twelve in one of their Sledge Hammer enclosures. Even though it's tuned a little high for my tastes, I am very very impressed with how tight the bass is! wowzers! It's not quite as fast as the Elemental, but both are class-leading! I'm having fun this holiday season!

No, I write what I write, but they have the opportunity to read the reports before I send them to our designer. 99% of the time they just correct the odd little technical thing. Clarification of crossover points, slopes, voltages, etc... They usually get more wound up about me mentioning other brands in their reports than anything else... ahahha..
If they had any more control over them than that, I wouldn't be doing the reports.
