I think maybe when the snow melts we should organize a meet for all us Audio buffs and then we could do a bunch of woofer comparisons.

No, no, the Xtant is awesome.. Just tore the trunk apart getting ready for the big system.. I dropped in the Memphis cause it's small and I needed something in there quick.

The O-series sounded great, but totally different than the 9500. The O needs power to jam, it's about 81 or 82 dB efficient at 1-Watt. The 9500 is closer to 87 dB.

The 9500 is actually slowing down as it's breaking in. I am going to yank it from the car tomorrow and stretch it out over night before I do my official listening tests for the review.

I had a Chapters gift card from Christmas(wooohoo, giftcards rock) so I picked up a CA&E and Mobile Electronics magazine...one of them had a review on the 9500, I forget which one..ME i think but they seemed to really like it, I'd like to hear it, it looks REALLY big, there's been a lot of hype lately about it.

DJ_Trini has some ID maxes and i have a 13W7, i'm sure he wouldnt' mind meeting up to do a superwoofer comparo extraordinaire... are you sure you're not up for it?
