did everyone forget about the Ficaraudio Q ?
from FI :The Q Series of subwoofers is our sound quality reference line. Featuring a hefty high strength single magnet motor structure with a heavily bumped t-yoke, the 27mm of Xmax allows for incredibly detailed, tight, and powerful bass. Triple progressive spiders keep the incredible linear excursion of this sub under control, while the extra heavy lead wire feeds the giant voice coil. and you can select it to be built for sealed or ported enclosures and is 100% usa made from all us steal and parts and the best part is.. it starts from $309

Op already have a Q, However, I think the Q is also a good contender.

ya they sound great but they are not a pure spl driver like the focals as they need 750rms and will handle up to 2000 rms. if your looking for a woofer that is louder and cleaner than a W7 this is it.

Might consider the ARC Audio ARC15.

Basically an IDQv2 with a bigger magnet.

Julian seemed happy enough with his FiQ.

If the idmax came in a 15, it'll certainly be hard to beat...
