What's wrong with MTX....lots of people compete with MTX and do fine.

Not my first choice of course, but there's nothing wrong with them.

 

I didn't say MTX are a bad stuff. Nothing wrong with MTS. The only thing is, SQ setting needs purity and quality of the sound generated. You can see the difference if you compare those amps side-by-side. Remember "garbage in garbage out", don't neglect others component...

 

well, as an update, the HU will be a dennonford unit. the crossover will be a tru tech FB-1, the amp will be a slightly customized tru tech t-6.500 v2.

I think that gear will be adequate to reproduce the sound I want.
