For best sound quality, especially in a 2 seater where you don't need rear fill, go with a component set (separate tweeter and woofer). In my opinion, your comp set is the most important piece in your system paralleling only your HU.
As for specific equipment, go and listen to some of the products in the shops. Everyone has their own listening preference so only you will know what sounds good to you.
I just re-read your post and realized that you already have equipment. Forget my post unless you are looking to buy new equipment.
CRX's can be loud lol.

The equipment you have will be fine. No need to spend more money on that. I would guess you havent installed many systems before? The install is what your going to hear more then anything. I had an 88 CRX that sounded really good. Very simple 2 -way up front. What's your skill level install wise?
