Best SQL sub

I was woundering which is the best 12" sql sub on my list (im on a budget)

alpine type x
pioneer ts-w3001d2
jbl gti
soundstream splx-124
hifonics xxv olympus
JL AUDIO 12W6

or can you recomend some others that wont break the bank.... thanks!

I've only heard the JL, the GTi and the type X, so IMHO you really can't go wrong with any of your choices.

Check out the Polk SR. I really like it's sound and it can hit pretty hard.

I would agree with MTT. The Gti is a beast in the right box, and it will still sound good. I have the Aplines in my car, and they work very well.

if you can bump your budget a bit and get a w7 you kant go wrong, great efficiency, loud, very precise and clean, in the right box and application of course...
