i tried to do this at about 2am
if you have a 1.5cft box 35hz your ports are 2X(3"X 4 1/16") does this look right?

a box 42L/1.5cft running a focal 27H sub what will the port size be? 3" X (?) or 4" X (?)
also how much fill do i need ?
i would like 30hz-35hz

30 Hz is 4"X 22"
35 Hz is 4" x 15 1/2"
add the volume of the port, and displacement of the driver to the 1.5 ft to get your gross box volume.

 

it work out to be 1.5cft i think
you add the ports volume to the box ? what if it goes into the box ?you would of add it 2x or did i miss something
if i use 2 ports would it be 2 port 4"x11" at 30hz?
the box is 1.5 with the sub in it
