Class D= SQ concern?
^ Agreed. One has to look at the overall system. If you like to play lower bit MP3s and/or have aggressive speakers and/or like to listen to soft jazz in your driveway for hours on end, then maybe a D isn't the right amp as it could get tiring to listen to over longer periods.
On the other hand, if you have a laid back set of speakers and/or listen mostly to CDs/high bit MP3 tracks then a good class D/T/H/LMNOP can be a good option.
