Components without crossovers?

First, I have have used the CDT 642 HD 3-way set (still have it sitting in my closet right now). It's a very good set but if you're going to use the CDT's I would really recommend using the passives that come with the components. I've tried active and passive with this set and it really sounds better with the passives. CDT is known for spending alot of time and effort making their passives and their sets tend to sound better when using them instead of going active. Of course, this isn't to say that you can't get them to sound great by going active, but it may take alot of work.

Second, if you're looking for raw drivers (not full component sets), have a look at www.solen.ca . I haven't used them, but alot of other people around here have. There's some other places like them, but solen is located in Canada.
