Well my funds have been cut short (had to get my locks fixed) so I won't be getting the second amp that was shown in my first box idea. So I rethought it and I came up with an easier one that might look better if only one amp is going to be mounted. But I have a question about the box. I am going to turn the four top corners into eight corners so it looks better (look at the pic if you didn't understand that, lol). But I was wondering how this will affect the sound quality of the subs. I don't want to do this if it will make the sq go down. Do you guys think it would harm the sq if I did the corners like this?

I don't understand how that box would be easier than the last one?

I'd do the box like your old one and flush-mount the amp into the top of the box...

SUVs with boxes that look like your first draft are killer!

 

Ah crap. Lol, now I don't know which one to choose. The only reason why I wanna do this one over the other one is because there is more room for mistakes. On the other one every measurement will have to be perfect or it will look like crap. I guess I must get better some how and taking the easy way out won't do it for me. Back to plan A.
