Thanks Al - I'm out of my non-build slump! Two weeks too late..I KNOW. Oh well, 1-2 hours after work is better then no work. At least my garage is clean and my popane heaters are ready for the winter.

 

The piece of 3003 aluminum behind the cable is my date for tomorrow - Well for my Router and driveway(shavings). I'm gonna try and keep this up everyday until I either get sick again or belt sand 'off' my other thumb nail

Tonight's Progress....Cut the trunk floor to 103mm x 76.5mm. Contoured the rear of the plate and measured the slot for the battery. Stamped the sharpie lines as a backup, incase the marker decided to rub off. Cut the slot out with a jig saw and filed them down straight.

Tomorrow I'll cut out the spare access hole and start the battery cover for the engine. Then the rings for the 8's 4's and 12"

I'm cutting all the Aluminum first since it's messy to work with.

I used motor oil as a lubricant this time - works the best!!!!

 

you bought the porter cable pncake compressor?..man you must have monk-like patience trying to use an air sander with a pancake!!!
