I'm looking at either the csx2's or the xs-65's and would appreciate any incite or opinions y'all can offer. I'd be using a sundown 100.2 to amp them and i'm also already running an idq v.2 15 that im very pleased with so i kinda want to stick with id.

ID rules. Go for the most expensive component set you can afford.

in that case will i hear the $120 or so difference between the two ? at the moment i'm leaning more towards the chameleons but from what i've heard people say about them the tweeter is only average at best which makes me a tad skeptical.

Yes, there will be a difference. Chameleons are great. I heard them in a very sweet sounding SQL-type install.

Chameleon set is great sounding. Money well spent! Have heard them in many SQ cars.
