Tim, does this doohickey: 1. Appear to even out bass response, 2. Emphasize certain frequencies, 3. Increase authority, or 4. Improve transience response. This does seem like a very interesting product

Every review of it has been sceptical from the start, and ends with the reviewer as a believer.

That "idea" of bass enhancing has been around for years. If was done by PPI roughly 3 years ago but the patient expired and these guys picked it up...it works great for 6.5 in doors, but not the components. It created funny humps at the higher fzs when I used it. But it makes 6x9s sound like a million bucks!

I hope no one has a problem with this thread as advertising. I am very happy to have Tim bring this product to my attention...otherwise, I might not have known about it for some time. I am going out to buy one tomorrow to try it out (and no, I am not getting it from Tim). I will report back on my findings.
