Motor is cheap, and it really helps when you can do most of the work yourself....I'll do the door handles and engine on my own, same with the install....No need to spend money when I can do it myself just as good or better than some shop.


I have most of my equipment now too.....I'm looking into matching amps and a BIG monoblock to run my Solos, then it's all install.....when I save up enough money, I'll grab VRx's or something similar(by that time there will be something better from Audison) then I re-do the trunk install.

 

Congrats Brandon, good to see u moving forward on that wish list.

BTW there is a PG Ti1200.1 for $425 in the FS section...sounds like a deal for big monoblock.

Yea, I was actually looking at some PG amps already, I was all set to buy a 475Ti, but it got sold.

I've also been looking at 1200.1's but there pretty expensive for what I can spend right now and I also need something that will do a good 1kRMS but at 4ohms because I would really like to power my Solo's to thier full potential....as of right now I'm hitting 137.5 on the termlab(steve can back that up) off of my little Rockford 301S (425WRMS) but Ive seen Brad hitting 147 with a Kicker ZR1000 in the same box size that I'm running.

Anyway, I figure I'll do a dash rebuild in my Cavalier with maybe a solo 12 in the dash or something JUST for sq and turn off the 15's and use them for daily driving.....but amps are my main goal for now I figue a matching set of some kind and I'll use a 4 channel, 2 channel and a big monoblock or maybe a pair of 4 channels if I decide to go with a sub in the dash.

Descisions desicions.....anyone wanna give me some money?

nothing much else is new....well KX1200.1, 4 L710s, um looking at a IVA-D310 & H701......but i'll have to sell the XES-Z50 to do that......oh and i'm also looking at getting an Audison SX2S amp for the front end.......hopefully B4 SVR (crossing all my fingers and toes)

I think you should keep the XES man....but a screen would definatly be sweet....love those little SRx's too man, awesome amp for the money....best value out there IMO.
