I recommend the Coustic. It's a nice piece, basic, good quality, nice slopes, good value, easy adjustment (I hate changing chips when I want to just tune/play around) and with AC they have that nasty reputation of being hit or miss of whether or not they are noisy (alt. whine).

All good choises and good recomendations.
JordyO- you SPL guys are welcome here anytime just wipe your feet on the mat before coming in next time (there was a little SPL on the bottom of your shoe)
AC will custom make and ship any crossover point resister for about $10 US.

So then... what would be a good budget-concious amp with a good enough x-over in it?
(between 150-300w RMS in to 8 Ohms)

Now where the hell do I get one of those?!
Any idea how much it would be?
Anything else out there that could also do the job, that might be easier to find? (I know people don't like to give up their SS stuff)
