looking at getting a new deck up to $400 needs to have front and rear preouts and usb input for memory stick and either no internal amp or a shut off mode any suggestions

 

I really liked the Alpine CDA-117 I had in my toyota MR2. good EQ adjustability, you can turn off Power IC, 4 volt preouts, I think its going for about 300$ right now. It has a full display which is good for display song information, as well it comes with an ipod control cable.

edit, you can also disconnect a part of the ipod control cable and put in a usb stick
