the thing that I don't like is that it only helps one seat, in competition both seats should sound good. I understand that not a lot of people buy systems to compete and figure, "who cares what the passenger seat sounds like" but why spend all kinds of money on a system that doesn't sound top-of-the-line?
You obviously missed my post, when time alignment is used in the manner I described it benefits both seats. </font>
Nope I saw it, your right, I'm refering more to people that rely on it for their system. If you have it, use I guess, if it's the only way to get your system to sound proper then that's what you gotta do, people like Turner and Buwalda and what not use it for one aspect of their stage..they don't use it to creat the stage.

I won't use it, I'll build and build and build untill one of 3 things happens: I saw my figners off, my car falls apart, or I get proper sound.
It will probably cost a lot more to do it that way but at least I will be able to say I don't use TA.

Nice deck though, wish mine had Burr Brown D/A's.
Um, the old 1996 model DID have a dual 20 bit burr brown d/a!! Are you sure you have a 9255??!

lemonlime: I haven't heard about illumination - but now that you mention it, I hope it's amber too

I've got one on order - I'll let you know when it gets here.
</font>
Mine's got dual 20's but I don't think there Burr Browns. I could be wrong of course, it's been knnow to happen once or twice....I thought the Burr Browns were only availible in the limited edition 9255...I forget what the name of it is now....9255EX?..it had a gold face instead of grey.

Honestly, Turners car isn't the end all of comp cars...I'm not the only person that thinks his car isn't that great...it sounds awesome from the driver's side no doubt about it, but unless he's changed the car around a bit it sounds like crap from the passenger side.
Did i say turners car was? Or is this your lame excuse for a response?

</font>
F***ing take it easy man. I never said that that's what you said, but every time I turn around all I hear is Turner this and Turner that...it's a nice sounding car but he's not god and there better sounding cars than his.
</font>
Dude, It was one name in a list of the current (This year and last few years) expert class cars (Some compete in pro, but are really expert class cars). Funny how you only responded about him.
</font>
Yea, well, I dunno..I was having a bad night as were many people on this board last night. But seriously every time I turn around somebody is talking about Turner....I do like that car...it's got a wicked install and it does sound good, but people talk about it like it's god, I don't mean you, you mentioned him out of a whole list, but so many people talk about his car like there's none better, but it's just not true. Don't get me wrong, I cannot stress enough that I'm not putting him or his car down, I just don't think that it's THAT amazing.

Not sure if it'll be in the EL or not, but all my dashes are amber at the moment

Back from the dead! Got mine in about a month back. It's not amber. Kinda white actually. Nice piece. Rumoured to only be six of them coming into Canada this year and I got the first one
