Exclamation Noob: Issues with Bluetooth/USB/Aux

I'll preface this by saying that I know VERY LITTLE about car audio. I bought an Alpine 135BT head, kenwood 500 amp, 2 Rockford 12" subs, and speakers. I got it done at a car audio shop. They left my rear speakers in. I had my folks pick the car up for me cause I had class.

The issue I'm having is that when playing music on Bluetooth, USB, AUX, or even CD, I'm getting 90% of my rear noise from my factory speakers and VERY little sound out of my subs. When I play the radio however, all of a sudden my subs come alive and the **** pounds.

Anyone have any idea what the issue may be?

The Alpine deck has a blue wire on the back that is for power antenna and is only powered when the radio is on. It sounds like they hooked your sub amp to this wire accidentally instead of the blue wire with the white stripe that is the correct one to tell your amp to turn on when the deck is powered up regardless of media.

That or your deck has 'source tone memory' which changes settings based on the media played, but I doubt it.
