Original fuse rating for a Blade SE54?
#1
Now here is the situation. I purchased this amp (Blade SE54) last year or the year before. The amp is rated at "50" x 4. I know these are conservative ratings, but as anyone who has tryed to find out anything on these amps knows, finding information is near impossible.
The question i have is about fuse ratings. It uses 2 standard fuses, one for each power supply i would assume, because of the dual power inputs. I purchased it used off of ebay, and currently it is sporting dual 30 amp fuses. Given the power rating, i would think that these are too high, but as with everything else about old Blade amps, most of their info is a mystery.
If anyone would know ANYTHING about these things, the help would be much appreciated.

And to continue the question, anybody else know anything?

You never know when an old school piece is going to pop up and you need to know the specs on it.
Of course I'm getting old so most of the specs on car audio that most people ask isn't too difficult to remember.
I have experiaence working with some of the Blade models also.
