It was either the rights or a license agreement to be able to sell/use the Mlssa for the TEF platform.

Let me make the water a little more murky for everyone. Here is the standard sine function format:

a(t) = A sin(Ft + φ)

Where:
a(t) = instantaneous amplitude as a function of time.
A = maximum amplitude
sin = sine function in degrees
F = frequency
t = time
φ = phase

explaining this in a post is futile, type standard sine equation into google and you'll have tonnes of reading material to further confuse you if your not into math at all.
