Setting up my three way front stage

Well i finally figured out what i want do my front stage. i originally had my set of hertz mille components, and now i got my hands no another set as well. so my plan was to just use the two mids and run it two way. i then realized i still have my hi energy mids as well. so my plan is to run the hi energy speakers at two hundred and up for a start, and the mille two sets of mille mids can take care of the rest. the problem comes up when i talk about room for three pairs of six and a halfs in a festiva. i already have my doors made to have one pair of them in there. i was thinking that since i need to make a new center console that i might be able to stuff them in there. would this be a huge problem for imaging? i am not trained quite well enough to have the audiophile ear yet. but i am also thinking that i could bridge the twe channel amp and run them in the middle. also, what kind me volume should i aim at for four mids? comments? opinions?

I would use 1 tweeter, 1 mid-range and 2 MB driver in each door.....or at least kept in a stereo configuration. Putting MB drivers between the seats would make a mess out of your front stage.

Using the matching speakers for each side for MR and highs will sound the best, use the other drivers for MB. I am assuming you will use the passive with the set and an active MB pass-band for the MB drivers.

I have this arrangement in my truck and it sounds pretty nice.....right up until one of the MB drivers blows up.....sigh.....

sorry about the original post. I was doing it via cell phone. That's what I was more or less thinking. The issues I can think of is where I would put all of the drivers on my doors. I would have to raise up the mid to near mirror level, move the tweeters up to the A-pillars, and have the MB's at the lower doors. This will be a lot of weight on the small and flimsy doors.

I have a feeling I will have to find some original door panels again and glass them up.

Also, for the other gear, I am using:
Pioneer DVD deck (mainly for a rear-view camera and easy to use EQ)
Older Alpine unit just for the x-overs as it has active
Audison SRX2S for the MB's (300x2 @ 2 ohms)
Kenwood amp (60x2) for the tweeters
undecided on the amp for the hi-energys (i will need recommendations for this as well)

the plan is to run the tweeters, mids, and mid-bass drivers off of the alpine unit, and run the 18" off of the sub-outs on the Pioneer.

That's exactly how my truck is set up.....the factory location for the door speakers worked out just right for the MR, the only extra weight on the door is the panel for the MBs......

I am curious why you are using 2 decks.....if you set the deck outputs and the amp Xovers correctly you should be able to create a pass-band for the MB....

I'm using the DVD play to show the rear view camera, and it's easier to quickly change the EQ on the fly, or adjust the sub. The Alpine unit's motorized face is also not in function, so it's out of the question. I use that specifically as an active crossover.

also, on the way to work today I took a look at how the car is set up. Since I dont have A/C, I can get rid of the small vents on either side, and just below that is the old 4" speaker holes. I think I will have enough room for mocking something up in those slots. The two MB's will have to go on the door, or one on the door, and one below the mid.
